Under the California Insurance Code, a producer is required to disclose to an applicant all of the following EXCEPT:

• The insurer(s) they represent
• Whether they are acting as an agent or a broker
• Any material conflict of interest in the transaction
• Their total annual income from all sources unrelated to the transaction
