Under Cal/OSHA, an employer must provide a written Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) that includes:

• Hazard identification and correction, employee communication, training, and recordkeeping
• A form filed annually with Cal/OSHA
• Equipment inspection logs only
• Insurance policy requirements
