According to 200.4(A), a neutral conductor shall not be used for more than one branch circuit, multiwire branch circuit, or set of ungrounded feeder conductors unless:

• The installation is in a residential occupancy.
• Specifically permitted elsewhere in the Code.
• The circuits are all on the same phase.
• The conductor is sized at 200% of the calculated load.
